These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dealvictor.com and all related services (together, the "Platform"), operated by DealVictor. By registering for an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who Can Use DealVictor

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. The Marketplace

DealVictor connects several types of users on one platform:

  • Service providers who list local or online services for customers to discover and contact.
  • Freelancers who create a profile, showcase their skills, and bid on open projects.
  • Sellers who list products on DV Store for customers to purchase.
  • Influencers who build a public profile, accept collaboration requests, and may host live streaming sessions.
  • Clients/buyers who post projects, hire freelancers or service providers, or purchase products.

DealVictor acts as a platform that facilitates these connections. We are not a party to the agreement formed between a buyer and a seller, freelancer, or service provider — you are responsible for the quality, delivery, and legality of what you offer or purchase through the Platform.

3. Listings, Bids, and Projects

  • Service and product listings must be accurate, truthful, and must not infringe on the rights of any third party.
  • Freelancers submitting bids on a project are expected to honour the scope, timeline, and price they propose if selected.
  • Clients posting a project must provide a clear, honest description of the work required and are responsible for reviewing and selecting a bid.
  • DealVictor reserves the right to remove any listing, bid, or project that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Payments, Membership, and Wallet

  • Payments for products, orders, and membership plans are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay.
  • Membership plans unlock additional limits (such as more service or product listings, or bidding allowances) as described on the Membership page at the time of purchase.
  • Wallet balances and withdrawal requests are subject to verification and may take a reasonable processing time.
  • All fees and commissions applicable to a transaction will be clearly shown before you confirm it.

5. Live Streaming and Chat

  • Users hosting a live stream are responsible for the content they broadcast and must not stream illegal, obscene, or infringing content.
  • Comments, reactions, and messages sent during a live session or through in-platform chat must comply with our community standards — no harassment, hate speech, or spam.
  • Hosts may block a commenter who violates these standards during their own live session.
  • We may suspend a live session or chat access that violates these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings, reviews, or profiles.
  • Use the Platform to sell counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited goods or services.
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate another user.
  • Attempt to bypass Platform fees by taking a transaction off-platform after connecting through DealVictor.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Platform's normal operation.

7. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the service, product, freelancer, or influencer being reviewed. We may remove reviews that are fake, abusive, or unrelated to an actual transaction.

8. Intellectual Property

The DealVictor name, logo, and platform design are the property of DealVictor. Content you upload (photos, portfolio items, descriptions) remains yours, but by posting it you grant DealVictor a licence to display it on the Platform for the purpose of operating the marketplace.

9. Limitation of Liability

DealVictor provides the Platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the outcome of any project, or the conduct of any user. To the extent permitted by law, DealVictor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or your dealings with other users.

10. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other users, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
